 Nowadays we know that health became a major problem in the world. No one is there in the world who can say that "I am fit". Actually, what is health and how can we improve our health we have to know about it. 

What Is Health

We all are saying that I have no disease, which means I am healthy, but actually, that's not a true statement.

A disease-free Person cannot say that I am a healthy person. The question arises in our mind why a disease-free person can't be a healthy person? 

According to World Health Organization (WHO), health is a state of complete physical, mental as well as social well being and one thing is true that is the absence of disease and infirmity. 

Some Tips to become Healthy and Fit 

Now, how we improve health, so we can say that health can be improved by encouraging healthful activities, healthful activities including regular physical exercise and adequate sleep. We can also improve our health by reducing or avoiding unhealthful activities like smoking and excessive stress. There are some other factors that are affected due to individual choices.
